Tempestt S. Smith joined ATS JR Companies before it was called it’s current name in 2011 to provide administrative support as a secretary. Tempestt immediately made a major impact and was promoted within a few short months to Antonio T. Smith Jr.’s, personal assistant. Within a few short years, the company would grow to having many assistants and volunteers and Tempestt would be promoted once more to Executive Assistant, overseeing more than 54 people. Tempestt would be so efficient throughout the years to come that Antonio would offer her 30% ownership in most of his companies. Today, she is not just an assistant, but a CEO. Tempestt has very strong skill sets in media production, including audio, film, television and radio, computer programming, to add to her administration talents. She has developed strong relationships with Lakewood Church of Houston, Texas, as well as top business firms and publication companies. Tempestt is also a Les Brown Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and can now add international trainer and keynote speaker to her accolades. She co-hosts the Brick By Brick podcast with with Antonio, which reaches over 70 countries and has become known as a world wide inspiration and hope to all who have been abused and introverts everywhere. Tempestt has founded companies on her own that operate within the umbrella of the ATS Jr Companies.

Shannon Clark was born in Galveston, Texas in 1980. She was raised with a loving family, the oldest of three and he only girl. At the age of 8 years old to 11 years old Shannon was a victim of sexual abuse. Shannon kept this secret for years growing deeper into low self-esteem, low self-worth and depression. In 2001 the pressure became seemingly too much to bare and Shannon attempted to take her life. After this failed attempt she resided in a treatment facility for 30 days where ultimately discovered her passion and her gift. Shannon empowers people to see the promise hidden in their pain, the glory buried in their gut and the work required of their mind. She is a Les Brown certified speaker, trainer and coach. She currently works as a School Counselor in Dickinson ISD. She is also employed by The Antonio T. Smith Jr. Companies as a Transformational Coach as well as the Director of Counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology for The University of Houston and two Master degrees in Counseling and Education Administration from Prairie View A&M University. She is the mother of one and enjoys reading, speaking and overall empowering others to see the greatness they possess within.
